I’ve ordered a sim monthly card and when getting to the confirmation page it timed out but i got the email to say it was successful however haven’t received a confirmation email. It also states my new phone number will be on there so I need it to start the eSIM system. Is this normal for online orders to not get confirmation emails?

When you say you got an email to say it was successful, what does it say?
Did it come through straight after you placed the order, as that would be your confirmation email?

Yeah it came straight after placing the order. It says
Thanks for your order
Order number xxxxx Order date: 11 Apr 2025
but normally from all my previous contracts with different companies it will provide me a contract with my new phone number.
