Trying to move to EE pay monthly Sim only from Plusnet.

I’ve been through the whole process, chosen my plan, given PAC, and bank details. The form than takes me through credit check over and over, keeps looping through same form. What to do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem with your order. I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can check the status of that order, and put a new one through manually, if needed.
