Problem Lebara to EE

Cannot port in from Lebara to EE.

After input the valid and not expired PAC code, only show "Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC."

I'm sorry to hear that this isn't working for you. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can try to process this manually for you.
