After transferring my SIM card from an iPhone 15 to an iPhone 12, the SIM card is not working. There is no network, I cannot make/receive calls or receive/send text messages. Can anyone please help.

Gi @DBD912
Is the 12 unlocked and from EE.
Have you tried resetting your network settings.
Thanks

Both iPhones are with EE. Not sure if the iPhone 12 was unlocked. As a test, I have now placed the SIM card back to my iPhone 15 and this is now not working as well. With no network, unable to make/receive calls, I have limited myself to getting phone assistance from EE.

Hi @DBD912
Thanks for coming to the community 🙂
Was the SIM card working before you transferred to the iPhone 12?
Is the SIM card on a pay as you go pay monthly account?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Thanks @DBD912
Have you recently made any account changes or requested a replacement SIM/eSIM?
Are there any other EE users with you that have signal? Could you check the Service Status Checker for any reported issues in the area which could be the reason you have no signal showing?
Leanne 🙂

If a previously working phone is now not working, it could be a local coverage outage - check the status section of https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
If your SIM is still active, WiFi-calling should still work in this scenario - is it enabled?

I upgraded to an iPhone 15 a couple of weeks ago. There is another EE user in my household who has no problems with network connection. After checking, there does not seem to have any problem with network coverage.

Try a 2-way SIM swap
Your non-working SIM in the working phone - what result?
