I’m a new ee customer so haven’t activated my sim as I have an iPhone 15 which doesn't support physical SIM cards, so wanting an eSIM. When I try and order a replacement on app it says I’ll need to confirm a pin they’ll send to my new number to set it up. How do I do this if I can’t even activate my physical sim?

@Al165 If you have the US version of the iPhone you are correct it doesn’t support a physical SIM card, you can put the sim in to a phone that does. If you have a none US iPhone it’ll take a SIM card.

The UK-version of the iPhone 15 does support physical SIM - see the below screenshot from https://support.apple.com/en-gb/118569

@Al165 , ESim only available for customers on contract not pay as you go, so you would need a phone that supports na physical SIM card as has already been mentioned.
