Unlock pin isn't working for galaxy j3

I am from Bangladesh. I have  inserted a SIM of Bangladesh.Then The SIM is locked. I tried to insert PIN randomly. Then it is asking for PUK code.

Then I have tried to find the unlocking PIN. At last I found it. EE email me the pin after I have inside the IMEI number to the website of EE. I have inserted the last 8 digits of the code. The PUK code unlocked successfully but again it asks for a code which I have mentioned firstly.

 then I  inserted the code form from email of EE. But the code isn't working. Unlocking unsuccessful.

Hi @Mahim71 

If you have locked the Bangladesh sim the you'll need the code from that carrier not EE. 

The code you want is the phone unlock code

No. I have asked to the Bangladeshi career. They said that the problem is in the phone. Then I have replaced the SIM into phone bought from Bangladesh. THE SIM IS WORKING PROPERLY.
