Transferring 3x sims from Plusnet but only one of three has had number moved.

I had three Plusnet sim only sims which I've received EE sims for after taking up the Plusnet Mobile move to EE deal and they've all been active for past 4 days. Two out of the three have yet to have a successful number transfer.

Where can I follow up on this with EE customer support?

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried restarting the devices that haven't transferred yet?

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check your account and make sure the transfer is set up for you.

Yeah, we've been restarting them on a regular basis and still no joy. Shall call 150 from the affected handsets.
