Time frame for sim link

Hello all!

 

So  just recieved my sim, and gone to link it to my EE ID. it says its done, but it doesnt show in the app.

How long does it take to show in the app?

Hi @RJCoops91 

If it showed that everything was linked successfully, it would normally show very soon after, but may be up to 24 hours.

It is worth logging in through the website to see if it is linked there, and if it isn't after 24 hours, give our customer service guides a call so they can look into it further for you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Northerner On my app, under manage, I selected "link EE ID, then link physical sim". Followed the instructions from there

The EE was ordered over the phone under the same email address.
