Chrisbaker1
Visitor

I have text to get PAC code to leave EE. Contract finishes today. Keep getting message 'due to account status we cannot process your request". Same on-line on my account. Anyone know if there is an issue or why I cannot get it? TIA

@Chrisbaker1 : Do you have more than 1 no. on your a/c? If you have more than 1 number on your MyEE a/c you can't use text to 65075 to get your PAC but will need to call CS for it.

Customer services is the best point of contact for an issue like this.

Since your contract is due to end today, it should roll over to pay as you go the next day but I won’t say for sure.

@Jank0x : Contracts don't roll over to PAYG unless you ask for them to do so. These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.
