@030577 , we cannot block your SIM card here, you will have to do this yourself and please do not put your mobile number here, as per forum rules personal details are not permitted.
You will have to ring customer service, either by using something like Skype with the free number which I will write here or by using another phone and ringing customer service:
+448000798686, there is also a mobile number: +4479539661150.

That number is fine during opening hours but what does one do out of hours and why can’t one do this in one’s account ?

To block a phone and SIM card if this has been lost or stolen you would need to call us on 07953 966 150 and select option 1, option 1 and then option 4 this will transfer you to the lost and stolen team who are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
