I need to get one of my numbers unblocked after one of phones was stolen. Have received the new SIM, but not activsating and wondering if the block is still on the number and on this sim. I have entered the pass code, but nothing is happening.
Please advise.

A replacement SIM should not be blocked. It is the stolen SIM that is blocked.
