To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Drummer-boi

Is the SIM card pay as you go or pay monthly?

Has this stopped working today?

Leanne 🙂

Thanks @Drummer-boi

When was the last time you used the SIM card for a chargeable activity listed below?

  • buying a pack or add-on
  • topping up your account
  • voice and data usage – this includes making calls, sending text messages and photo messages, retrieving a voicemail, and using data

Leanne.

I just got back to the uk Thursday was out for a bit took the sim and put it back in my phone to make a call and all it’s saying my phone seems to not have enough credit and I went and top it up 15 dollars and still the same

Hi @Drummer-boi

If you haven’t used your phone for any chargeable activity for 179 days when you were out of the UK, then your account would have gone into hibernation and any credit would have been removed.

If this is has been over 273 days we’ll assume that you no longer wish to keep your account and we will recycle the number and all credit remaining will be lost.

To get this looked into you would need to contact us to see if the number is in hibernation and if this can be removed.

Leanne.

How can I contact you and the phone. It making call want me to go at the store or send a email or something?
