@Fahimehmalek eSim is only an to contract customers and you can make this request if you have a working EE sim in your device via the my EE app. Open the app and click the person icon top right then go to settings & permissions and scroll down to activate sim/eSim and follow the prompts
Only use an eSim if you have to as you don’t gain anything by using it.
