I'm on a pay monthly SIM only plan. Can I still get the £25/month roaming address on?

No, the £25 / month Roam Abroad Pass has been replaced by:

  1. For EU:  The £15 / week EU Pass.
  2. For the other 5 non-EU countries: The £5 / day or £25 / week ROW Zone 1 Pass.

Check here:

Roaming is different now plus make sure you have roaming activated on your account by texting ROAMING to 150.

Thanks
