EE Headaches never ending...

Got charged 15 pounds within 24h in the EU although I had no 4G access and no data. On top I had 20 pounds spending to cover the roaming costs! After speaking to a customer advisor why I am being charged when I haven't used my phone at all, the response was they will look at it.... the charge is on my bill to pay!  EE will haemorrage customers quickly...

You are roaming as soon as you connect to the network, doesn't need to be data access.

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
