Welcome to the community.

If you have lost the SIM, it is best to give us a call from another phone just to get it barred. 

When you are speaking to them, they can then send out another SIM in the post for you, or if you are the account holder and live near an EE store, you can pop in with photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) and they can activate a replacement SIM for you.

If you need a replacement SIM you can give us a call and our guides can then order a replacement SIM in the post for you. If you've lost the SIM, they can make sure the old one is blocked.

Alternatively, if you are the account holder and live near an EE store, you can pop in with photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) and they can activate a replacement SIM for you.
