I cannot receive calls or make calls I’ve called ee customer service they said to go into store with photo IID too get new sim but my driving license has run out of date so asked me to order one online 

Pay monthly I cannot receive or make calls it is saying emergency calls only and no registered network

No it not connecting at all I swapped my sim with daughters her sim worked in my phone but mine didn’t in hers so customer service said it’s the sim

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your SIM. With the swap you have done with your daughter to test, it definitely does sound like the SIM will need replacing. Do you have a valid passport, as that would also be an acceptable form of photo-ID in an EE store. 

If not the best thing to do would be to give us another call and request they send out a replacement SIM for your number pre-activated, as though it it possible to order a replacement SIM online, if your current SIM is not working it wont be possible to activate it.

Welcome to our community.
If you have lost your SIM card, it's important to give our customer service team a call as soon as you can to get a bar added to stop any unauthorised use. 
You can do this by calling 150 for another EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone. They will also be able to arrange a replacement for you.

I lost my SIM and need a replacement SIM

The online chat is no longer working as i am currently outside the UK.

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂

When you have lost your SIM it will require speaking to one of our guides to order a new one or visiting an EE store with valid photo-ID to get a new one.  You can call us from abroad on another phone using +44 (0)7953 966 150  or you can also call us via Skype on  +44 800 079 8586.

Will you be back in the UK soon? As we can only deliver a SIM to your registered UK address, and the SIM will need to be used in the UK before you will be able to use it whilst roaming outside the UK.
