So I set up my new phone and now my sim is saying not provisioned I can’t call to sort it out any help would be great thanks

What the point in this if you can’t actually get the button to come up I’ve been waiting an hour and still not come up for me to talk to someone I can call my sim not working. I’m 7 half months pregnant and can’t use my phone I’m quite stressed out something might happen and I can’t contact who I need to

Is this an upgrade phone or a new connection?
