Another BT PAC code query!

Hey, 2 numbers transfered from BT to EE. Both PAC code transfers confirmed sorted by BT. 1 number has transfered. 3 days the later the second hasn't. I received the SMS that says to restart device but the temp bum we hasn't shifted. And advice on speeding the process up? Cheers in advance

Number transfers usually go through the next working day. Since that didn't happen, I would recommend speaking to our technical support team so they can find out what's happened.
