Sim delivery

Ordered a sim from EE on the 19th December.

Currently 28th and not arrived yet - the bill has arrived before the Sim.

Has been Xmas in-between, but how long should it take for the sim to be delivered?

Sims are sent second class, with postage delays and Christmas then it might not be until next week.
