SIM not working

I recently upgraded. I no longer have my old device or SIM and my new SIM will not activate. I was told yesterday that it would activate within 24 hours. This has not happened. I cannot get through to EE on 150 as it thinks it is just a network error. What shall I do?

@Sezjar27  If it’s a network error there’s nothing you can do.     Why don’t you have your old sim ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The usual procedure with upgrades is that you transfer your existing working SIM into your new phone. A replacement SIM is sometime provided incase there's a problem with your existing SIM or it doesn't fit a new phone.
