Called 150 having transferred my number over to EE and asked them to provide me with an eSim on the 6 April.
At around 11pm my existing SIM says SIM not provisioned.
I'm sure the two are linked but why on earth didn't the agent tell me I would not an active line or my current SIM will stop working. On top of that it's back holiday today and I won't get the eSim delivered until tomorrow.

Hi, Probably they issued an esim which will be delivered by post. unfortunately, when you are issued an esim for your number, the physical sim will stop working. Your best bet will be visiting an EE store with a photo ID to get an esim from store. They will activate it immediately.
