SIM card

Good morning 

I've had my phone repaired and since I've had it back my sim isn't working and is asking about eSIM which I've never had I've put it in other family members phones and works..can you change my plan back to sim only and not eSIM

Hi @Jaysharpe12,

Welcome to the EE Community 

Your number can only be active on the one SIM, so as the SIM is still working in another phone that will mean the physical SIM is still the active one and has not been moved to eSIM yet and may just be asking if you want to convert it during the phone setup.

What type of phone is it you are using and is it not showing signal when you have the physical SIM inserted?
