I bought a sim card from Sainbury's. I tried to activate it but it didn't work. You can't easily access any transactions on your website. When I call 150, it's very hard to connect and as a result, the card wasn't activated. When I called 150, I bought a package for 10 pounds and they deducted it from my card but I still couldn't make a call. I went to the store and they didn't help me there either. I called customer service again and said I only wanted to buy a package. It asked for some of my information and the process took a long time, so I gave up using this sim card. I got a new sim card last week even though I said I didn't want it. I told the person I talked to that I didn't want it. I don't understand why they did something I didn't want. I DON'T WANT IT. I demand that whatever is necessary be done to reverse this transaction.

How much did you pay Sainbury's for that SIM?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I don't want the card. I only paid 0.99. I won't use it, I've never seen a worse operator.

Hi @Ttugay
Welcome to the EE Community
Is the new SIM card which you received in the post a replacement for the existing SIM card with the same number, or does it have a new number?
If you don't use a Pay as you go SIM/line it will automatically expire after a fixed period.

It's a new line but I don't know if it's a disposable sim card or not, how can I find out? I can't reach anyone when I call, they don't answer the phone. Thank you in advance

@Ttugay
When you received the new SIM card it would say pay as you go or there would have been a letter with details of the monthly plan.

@Ali_A : As it was purchased from Sainsbury's for 99p it must be PAYG requiring top-up before it can be used.
