SIM card switch

I need receive a text from ee of a pin to change SIM cards but I cannot receive texts or send texts for some reason on my sim which means I cannot receive a pin.

@ThatGuy1   Then you have to call customer services to request a replacement SIM card.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
