SIM card not working so requested a new one as I have a contract

I’ve requested a new SIM card  over live chat and it’s still not here this is nearly 2 weeks ago and they’ve cut off my sim card I was using for the time being I am paying a contract and I’ve still not received the replacement sim card

If you haven't received the replacement Sim Card then I suggest you call EE using Skype for free number in my Signature.   They should update you whether they sent it out or not.

However the quickest way is mentioned below if it's possible.

You can get a replacement Sim Card at an EE store. However you will need to provide valid photo ID. Our EE stores will accept a passport (from any country) or a UK photocard driving licence.

Please note: if a driving licence is being used as a form of proof, the address on the customer’s driving licence MUST match their EE account address.

If your current sim doesn't work it means your new one is on its way. 

You can collect a new sim if you take ID into an EE store.
