SIM card not working pay monthly

Got an upgrade changed my SIM card to new phone doesn’t work not network now the sim doesn’t work in my old phone either. I have ordered a new SIM that sim doesn’t work either! Now have had no phone I can use for 3 days!!!! Please help can’t get through on the phone!!!!

@Tinanapper  when did you receive the new replacement Sim card? As it can take up to 24 hours for Sim card to activate. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Hi I can’t phone you because the new phone and sim you sent me is not working also my old phone and sim is not working you’ve sent me a new sim today and still not working could someone help me please because I can’t make any phone calls thank you

Our Customer Care team will need to check which SIM card is registered.
