I have transferred my EE number to 02. I can make calls and text but no one can call or text me back. 02 are useless, it’s been 5 days of complaining now. I wish I’d stayed with EE.

@KimLT you might be able come back to EE you’ll have to call 02 to see if you can terminate the contract because of this issue.

Hi @KimLT
Have you given your PAC to 02?
You'll need to speak with their tech team if you're having trouble with your number.
You can try asking about a cooling off period to see if you're able to move back to EE if you wish to do so.

Sounds like a split port but as the gaining provider, O2 should be sorting all this out for you. They have teams in place to fix issues like this.
Once it's ported across properly, there's nothing stopping you porting back out if you're within your cooling off period

Thank you. Went into EE and if I don’t get satisfaction from 02 I’m coming back. Didn’t want to leave anyway but saving over £100 a year on cheaper SIM deal so….

This is absolutely correct advice, but to add something - by giving your PAC to O2, they are now your network provider and should be resolving any issues you have. EE cannot assist here, except by giving O2 whatever internal support is necessary.
Ports are not initiated over the weekend, but at one stage EE were unique in having porting support at weekends to resolve issues that should have been resolved during the week - O2 may not have this.
