Sun card hasn’t stopped working.
when I go to general > about > sim
it says SIM card not provisioned.
its just randomly stopped working since Friday, I flew to Spain on Thursday assumed it was that came home yesterday and still nothing.

Have you rebooted your phone since being back here?
Could you take the SIM card out, give it a wipe and wipe the SIM card slot and see if that makes a difference?
Are you able to try your SIM card in another phone?
Otherwise you will either have to go to an EE high street store with photo ID and request a replacement SIM card or you can do this here:
