Big issue transferring number from Vodafone

stevepyr

I bought my wife a new PAYG phone from an EE Store. This came with a £10 package. We had a PAC code and transferred the mobile number which took two days!
BUT, she then had to spend almost 6 hours talking to Tech Support because she could not login to her EE account that was created while in store. That has now been sorted.
However, now she can login (not at the moment of writing this because the website will not allow logins), we can see that the plan she is now on appears to be voice and text only with NO data.
I have tried to purchase another pack, but the website is to say absolutely useless!
My question, do we need to spend another 6 hours on the phone to the terrible Tech Support, or can the shop fix this?

Hi @stevepyr

Welcome to the community.

Which pack did you choose in store? Is it the wrong one that is showing as active? The EE store should be able to help you get this sorted, if you'd prefer to pop in rather than call.
