Can anyone tell me when I will get my sim. All other providers them delivered in 24hrs,

Is your SIM a pay monthly contract or PAYG.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 for mobile and 0330 123 1105 for Broadband..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi @steveiFish 

PAYG Sims are sent second class. Depending on your postal service it could take up to 7 days. 

You can pick up a PAYG SIM from any supermarket or and EE store.
