Hi all,
Wanted to check before phoning please if customer service can send me an eSIM rather than waiting for the physical SIM to arrive as I don't have a phone service now so I'm keen to get started.
I only have the order reference, not the phone number as I assume that'll be revealed on the physical letter. I ordered the SIM only yesterday and got an email to confirm the direct debit setup but there's no way to create My EE without the mobile number.
Will they be able to do this or not? Thanks!

Hi @MartinS4938.
I would recommend waiting for your physical SIM to come and be activated. A PIN may be sent to the SIM as part of the set up.
