I currently have an eSIM but have bought a new phone that cannot accept & need a physical sim. How do I get that without changing my number?

Hi @Lindamk You can request a replacement SIM in the MyEE app and wait for it to arrive by 2nd class post, or pop into an EE store with photo ID and they will give you a replacement straight away.
