Lost sim card

I’m currently travelling Thailand and have lost my SIM card. I’m back in 2 weeks and obviously need it back asap. Is there a way I can order one? I can’t get hold of anyone as it will charge me through the roof and they have no email.

Hi @Tammy97_

There is the option of going to an EE store with photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) if you are the account holder, when you get back to the UK, and they can activate a SIM for you with your number.

It may be worth giving our team a call to make sure the SIM is blocked though. You can call +44 800 079 8586 through Skype to get through to someone for free.

@Tammy97_  Even if you order a sim it’ll be delivered to your UK billing address.  And to do this you’ll have to call customer support.   That sim will need to be activated in the UK then someone else will then have to post this to you abroad.  EE do not post overseas.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
