I rang customer service. Was put through to tech. Agent kept saying I hadn’t entered port code. Then told me his system had frozen. Then put me on hold for 10 seconds then told me he would call me back before 21:00. It’s 22:00 now. 
no phone call. I ordered sim and supplied PAC on Saturday. I received sim this morning and phone has been on all day. Please advise.
