New contract, new phone, new sim, pac code sent but number didn't change. Sim started on Wednesday, rang ee customer services on Thursday, was assured number would be sorted by Friday morning (blamed a fault with the pac code yet it was accepted over the phone) still not working (yes switched phone off) 14 day cool off looking like I'm cancelling this useless service

@NotHapEE23 number ports take up to 24 hours. If this was started yesterday it should be completed by today.
