HI Christopher,

I can confirm that I have the same issue and have the exact same problem now my number is ported from O2. the PUK code was applied on Saturday and this morning transferred over so all calls are ok. I cannot however receive text messages from things that require verification such as banking and google etc and also receive some from friends but from others I cannot receive texts at all. 

Is there a resolution to this issue yet?

The transfer can take up to midnight to fully complete, if this is still happening after this please call us on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you.

Has this been resolved? I’m having the same issue after porting my number over from Giff Gaff on Saturday. I received the text from EE yesterday saying that the number has been transferred over successfully but I can’t receive calls or texts from anyone but I can make calls and send texts.
