I lost my sim card

Lost my sim on the weekend need it with my same number as my old sim

Thanks for coming here. 

Please contact our mobile care team to report the phone as lost, by calling us on +44 7953966250, and select the option for lost and stolen.

The team will block the SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.
