I recently switched to EE from O2 and have encountered an issue with contact storage. My previous O2 SIM allowed me to store up to 250 contacts, but my new EE SIM is limited to just 150. This restriction prevents me from saving all my important contacts directly on the SIM.
Previously, Orange and T-Mobile SIMs could hold up to 200 contacts, so it’s surprising that EE’s current SIMs have a lower capacity. I kindly request that EE consider increasing the storage capacity on new SIM cards to accommodate more contacts. This would be especially helpful for customers transitioning from other networks with higher SIM storage limits.
Enhancing this feature would improve user experience and convenience, ensuring seamless migration between providers without data loss.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

The storage on most smartphones is susbstantially larger, and allows multiple entry fields per contact.
Is there a specific reason you want to use the SIM storage rather than the, far more flexible, device memory?

Save to Google/Apple.
Saving to SIM is a legacy service.
Thanks
