Phone number as changed to my o2 number

I changed to EE from o2 I kept my phone number but the new phone hasn’t changed to my old

I have changed my power supplier but I think I am with EE and I want to keep my ld mobile number but need my pax code please can you help me!

@johnny54   If you changed networks that long ago then your old number can not now be moved over it’s gone for good.   You have to do this when you change.  There isn’t an infinite amount of of numbers they get recycled if they are not used for long periods of time.  

If you’ve been using that number/sim in this time then you can request your PAC code from that network to give to EE. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
