Pay as you go SIM not arrived

I ordered a Pay as you go SIM a week ago and it hasn't arrived. There are no options to track a PAYG order and none of the other customer service options lead anywhere, when I have exhausted all the options I get cut off. The only thing I found is a notice to say my PAYG SIM will be delivered within 1-2 days but it hasn't so I am none the wiser.
Any advice?

The SIM cards usually arrive within four working days. When did you order it?

I recommend either speaking with our Mobile Care team or popping into your nearest EE Store so that they can check the order and replace the SIM that hasn't arrived. If you're going into the store, you'll need to take some photo ID with you.

Hi, I have tried speaking to someone in the mobile care team however none of the options that I press get me any further to speaking with someone. They ask for a mobile number which I do not have as it is just a SIM card and they haven't issued me with a mobile number for it. Could you please advise which options I need to select when calling the Mobile care team as I have called a dozen times and tried pressing every option but always get sent round the houses!

Hi, thank you. I have tried this number and there are no options for me to track and order or to speak to someone. It just send me around in a loop again or cuts me off.

Have you tried following the options to take out a new plan, @Mazhg? It should get you through to speak to someone who can check your account and re-order, or get you through to someone who can.
