PAYG sim swapped to contract now no service?!

Bought a PAYG sim, called EE this morning and changed it to a contract I pay each month instead but kept the PAYG number. All was well, until the phonecall ended and now my SIM says no service? I’m heading down to London in a few hours so this is extremely inconvenient. Does anyone have any idea when it will start working ? The bloke on the phone said nothing about it cutting off ?! 
im extremely anxious that this is not going to be sorted by the time i go to London later. I can’t even call 150 off it because it says no service …HELP ME PLEASEEEE

Hi @Ellieroseag I'm concerned to hear that you don't have any service on your phone, especially when you need your phone active to travel with.

 

Could you try restarting your phone, sometimes a simple restart is enough for everything to get sorted for you.
