Hi,
I joined EE on Saturday 07/02 and requested to keep my number from O2 using my PAC code.
My EE SIM is active but my old O2 number has still not transferred across.
Could someone please check the status of my number port and confirm when it will complete?

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this public forum, you need to contact EE-CS on 150 for enquiries of this nature.
Generally, if you have activated your new EE SIM on EE's network and provided the PAC on a Saturday, it would have been submitted on Monday 09/02 for port-in on Tuesday 10/02. If you ordered this SIM by online or telesales, and needed delivery of it first, then the PAC is held in pending until you activate the new SIM.
