Joining EE and keeping my current mobile phone number

Hi, are these steps correct?

  1. Text "PAC" to 65075 with your current SIM still activated in your phone;
  2. Put new EE SIM into your phone (and restart);
  3. Text "PORT" to 150. It will ask for current phone number and your PAC code.

BTW, is this "PORT" to 150 texting method unique to EE? I don't believe O2, Three, etc use this texting system. Very nice and quick!

Thanks

Yep that's it!

EE's porting via text is a brilliant feature I have to say, makes it very simple to get the port initiated on your own time as opposed to just at the point of sale.
