PAC still not working after nearly 3 weeks.

I'll lay the story down;

Bought a second phone on my account for a family member on the 29th of November. When ordering it I had entered the PAC code from Vodafone and it all went through and was bought.

Phone arrives with the number from EE on it and we wait for the number to change.

Fast forward to the 9th of December, I am having to go in-store to try and get this PAC sorted, as live chat is not working and did not want to wait in the phone queues. The PAC code is re-entered in-store and told it would work by Monday the 12th. Still no number changed.

Now on Friday the 16th, nearly 3 weeks after ordering and putting the PAC code in and it is still not changed over. 

Any thoughts or help as I am completely lost?

@niamhmilnev   Your better off calling customer services to sort this as they can put the PAC through themselves.  If you sort this over the weekend the number should be ported by Tuesday as number migrations do not happen or start over the weekend.
