PAC code won't work

I have my PAC code and every time I out it in the form submits an error message. I know my PAC code is correct and there are no chat services to help me out. I've tried to transfer my old number to my new SIM for 2 days now and I'm still no further along the line with no customer service to help, very frustrating.

Have you reached out to your new provider to see if they can process your number transfer manually?

I'm getting exactly the same, received my code in the last couple if days, it's definately correct.
