esim can't activate

I got a new phone and a new esim which my old number was supposed to transfer on to, however it never did. Then I got another new phone and the esim transferred over but not my old number (old sim). The new Esim got cancelled on our contract so I lost all SIM cards on the phone. I cannot reactive a new esim with my old number because I don't have a phone to receive the activation code. How can I order a new esim without my old number

Thanks for coming here. 

If the original SIM is no longer working and the eSIM has not activated, you would need a replacement SIM card. 

You can order a replacement SIM card by giving us a call on 07953 966 150 and the team can get the SIM card posted to your account address, or you can visit an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement.
