My PAC has been pending for 3 days now is there any idea when this should be complete? Also has anyone got any idea how to get a live chat on EE it is so hard to get through to anyone over the phone and they just disconnect when they can’t solve a problem meaning you fall back into the cycle of calling and getting a different call operator

Have you tried making your first phone call to initiate the port process?
If it's still not working you'll need to call Customer Service where a guide can check the PAC code details for you.

@Seanpower Number migration from a different network should take no longer than 24 hours you need to speak with customer support and this is available via the EE app under help. Live chat is only available to contract customers.
