I accidentally made a switch to a different provider last night, Plan.Com (Presetige) and used the PAC Code to transfer the numbers over to the new contract. However, after realising what I had done, I no longer want the transfer to happen and want to stay with EE for all 3 lines.
I have asked the new provider to cancel/delete tthe PAC from their end but all I'm getting is "we are a business connector with EE, so you still with EE" but essentially I'm not.
How can I stop this?

I've had exactly the same thing but i WAS told there is a 14day cooling off period by two operatives at Plan. This is du to being a sole trader not a full business.
I was unhappy with the arrangement due to other lines that were connected, so contacted them to cancel it. They have and have actually been quite helpful.
I then contacted EE to reverse the PAC numbers and cancellation which they have done.
It's all een a bit of a headache and i@m not that happy about the initial unsolicited call portaining to be EE.
