Hi all,
I am trying to get back on to a Tiktok account which I used for my business and I need to access asap. I registered on Tiktok using my phone and was with EE on pay as you go at the time. I am now on a contract with Talk Talk on the same phone. There is no other way for me to get back on to Tiktok than to use my old number as I was not linked through an email or other Social Media and this has been confirmed by Tiktok customer services. They have told me to go to my phone provider.
I have the old sim and know the number. I have tried it in my phone but it does not work. Have tried the usual cleaning the sim/restart phone etc. but nothing.
What is the best way to resolve this?

Welcome to the community,
If you have moved to Talk Talk, then there is no way you can access your old SIM card if you have not used it and transferred your number to Talk Talk
If you did not move the number over to Talk Talk, how long ago did you use it?

Reading the link it looks as though the number will now have been recycled and is gone.
Not great news but at least I know now.
